To begin your consultation with Bharatpathy, please follow the steps below:

STEP 1:

Fill out the Payment Details Form and complete the consultation fee payment.

STEP 2:

After successful payment, do not close the window.

Within a few seconds, you will be automatically redirected to the Diet and Medication (DAM) Form.

Please fill it out completely and submit it.

STEP 3:

Within 24 hours of submitting the DAM Form, our team will contact you on your WhatsApp number.

This call helps us understand your current diet routine, lifestyle, and eating habits so we can create a fully personalised diet plan for you.

STEP 4:

After the call, you will receive your customised diet chart within 24 hours, sent directly to your WhatsApp and email.

Your consultation also includes 1 month of follow-ups and continuous support to ensure smooth progress.

Important Points

1️⃣ Consultation is provided via Phone Call (Tele-Consultation).

2️⃣ The consultation charges include:

• A Personalised Diet Chart, and
• One month of follow-ups and support

3️⃣ If the payment is deducted but you are not redirected to the DAM Form, please send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp at 9267945243. We will share the DAM Form with you.
